Terms for the PhotoMind private beta

Beta status

PhotoMind Pilot is a private beta product. Features, analysis quality, export behavior, pricing, limits, and availability may change while the product is being tested.

What PhotoMind provides

PhotoMind provides AI-assisted photography critique, scoring, crop guidance, and practical editing recommendations. The report is meant to help photographers think, edit, and learn. It is not a guaranteed professional judgment, commercial promise, or final artistic verdict.

Your responsibility

• Upload only images you own or have permission to process.
• Do not upload illegal, abusive, or privacy-invasive material.
• Do not upload private images of other people without the right to do so.
• Review AI suggestions before publishing, selling, printing, or delivering work.
• Use editing advice with your own judgment and taste.

AI limitations

The AI may make mistakes. It cannot know every fact about the camera, lens, subject, location, client brief, RAW file latitude, or your personal artistic intention unless you provide that context. Small differences between repeated analyses can happen, especially in more interpretive categories such as storytelling, originality, and composition.

RAW and technical limits

The current pilot analyzes browser-rendered image input and available rendered-image measurements. It should not be treated as a full RAW development engine or a replacement for manual inspection in Lightroom, Capture One, Photoshop, or another editing tool.

Export behavior

The current supported report delivery path is Open Report. Browser or device print/save flows, especially on mobile Safari, may add their own URL, date, page footer, or page-break behavior.

No guarantee of outcome

PhotoMind does not guarantee that a photo will perform better on social media, sell commercially, win awards, satisfy a client, or become portfolio-worthy after following a report.

Private beta access

Access may be limited by Basic Auth, invite codes, email-based credits, rate limits, or other controls. Abuse, automated use, or attempts to bypass limits may result in access being removed.

These beta terms are a practical draft for internal/private testing. They should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before public launch, paid ads, subscriptions, or broad beta access.
